Return Policy

- Please inspect the product in front of the delivery person at the time of receipt.  
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or faulty.  
- For damaged or defective products, please notify the delivery person immediately.  
- Returns for any other reasons will not be accepted.

Terms & Conditions:  
- The product must be in its original condition (unused and intact) for returns.  
- Return requests must be made within 24 hours via inbox or WhatsApp.  
- The return request should include the original bill/invoice and unboxing video.

💰 Refund Policy:  
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is accepted.  
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be made via bKash/Nagad/Rocket.  
- Delivery charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

⚠️ Returns and refunds are NOT applicable for:  
- Change of mind.  
- Used or damaged products by the customer.  
- Products bought on offer or discount.
